Welcome to Asset Information Centre
Asset Information Centre (AIC) is an enterprise web application for IT asset management, built for small and mid-sized organizations. It provides a single portal to register assets, manage request workflows, map office locations, run reports, and govern access with granular role permissions.
Why Asset Information Centre?
- Unified asset registry — hardware, software, financials, and assignment in one place
- Workflow-driven requests — approvals, notifications, and digital signatures
- Organization-aware — companies, branches, departments, and zones linked automatically
- Visual site map — floor plans with cabin and employee allocation
- Enterprise security — SSO, MFA, passkeys, and configurable role matrix
- Real data exports — Excel and PDF reports from live Firestore data
